Ampersand Studios is housed within a fully remodeled 21,500 sq ft industrial warehouse. Centrally located in the heart of the Arts & Entertainment District, Ampersand Studios is in close proximity to the lively and vibrant neighborhoods of Wynwood, Midtown, Design District and Downtown.
Amenities
Conference rooms are available to rent by the hour for your next meeting. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.
This space hosts hackathons, happy hours, members luncheons, movie nights, live music, holiday parties, and much more.
Unlimited coffee and assorted tea. You're welcome to grab a cup in the kitchen and make yourself a cup of coffee.
Printing is available in black and white, as well as color. Please ask the community manager for setup instructions and rates.
You may store your food in the refrigerator but don't forget your food when leaving!
You're welcome to bring a pet along but please keep an eye on your furry friend as to not disturb fellow coworkers.
This space has lockers where you can store your things.
