Carr Workplaces is located at Alexandria's expanding waterfront. It's conveniently situated within close proximity to local shops, restaurants and other amenities. Take your lunch break down by the picturesque Potomac River and Oronoco Bay Park, or simply look out of the window at the stunning riverfront views. Please note: masks are required in all public spaces, including the café.

Conference rooms are available to rent by the hour for your next meeting. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.

Parking is available in a nearby lot, or on the street.
Printing
Printing is available in black and white. Please ask the community manager for setup instructions and rates.
Coffee & tea
Unlimited coffee and assorted tea. You're welcome to grab a cup in the kitchen and make yourself a cup of coffee.
Whiteboard
There are several whiteboards located in the open workspace area for general use. Feel free to roll the whiteboard to your table, but ensure to erase and roll it back in place after use.
Outdoor space
Enjoy the beautiful weather by working outside or taking a phone call on the patio area outdoors.
