Office146 is Etobicoke's premier flexible workspace — a 50,000 sq ft campus at 146 Thirtieth Street featuring 43 private offices, 5 meeting rooms, open coworking desks, a 200-person event lounge, virtual offices, and a recording studio. Free parking, Bell Fibre Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee/tea/kombucha, 24/7 access, pet-friendly, and wheelchair accessible. Conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Toronto, 10 minutes from both airports, minutes from QEW and Hwy 427.
Amenities
Unlimited coffee and assorted tea. You're welcome to grab a cup in the kitchen and make yourself a cup of coffee.
Conference rooms are available to rent by the hour for your next meeting. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.
Parking is available.
Need to take a quick call? Jump into one of several phone booths available on a first come first serve basis. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration under 30 minutes.
This space hosts hackathons, happy hours, members luncheons, movie nights, live music, holiday parties, and much more.

There are several whiteboards located in the open workspace area for general use. Feel free to roll the whiteboard to your table, but ensure to erase and roll it back in place after use.
