How to Integrate OfficeRnD with Croissant
Sync your conference rooms with OfficeRnD. Croissant members book meeting rooms, availability stays in sync, and your OfficeRnD calendar always reflects the truth — no manual work required.
Getting Started with OfficeRnD on Croissant
OfficeRnD is a coworking space management platform that handles resources like meeting rooms, desks, and memberships. By integrating OfficeRnD with Croissant, you'll be able to sync your conference rooms so Croissant members can book them directly — with availability and reservations staying up to date in both systems automatically.
Follow the steps below to get your OfficeRnD integration up and running.
How It Works
Croissant reads availability from OfficeRnD and creates bookings. When a member books on Croissant, the update syncs to OfficeRnD automatically.
Real-Time Availability
When a Croissant member views a conference room, the available time slots come directly from your OfficeRnD calendar. If a room is booked in OfficeRnD by someone else, it won't appear as available on Croissant.
Booking Details in OfficeRnD
Every booking created by Croissant includes full details in the OfficeRnD booking description — including who booked the room, when, and for how much. This gives you complete visibility into Croissant bookings without leaving OfficeRnD.
Multiple Locations, One Connection
OfficeRnD organizes meeting rooms by location. A single connection gives Croissant access to rooms across all your locations. When mapping rooms, they're grouped by location name, so it's easy to find the right one.

Step 1: Connection Information
Before configuring the integration in Croissant, you'll need to collect three pieces of information from your OfficeRnD account:
- Organisation Slug — A slug of your organisation (e.g. my-coworking)
- Client ID — The ID of a connectivity app
- Client Secret — The secret code of the connectivity app
You can find your Organisation Slug in Settings → Account Details → Company & Billing Info.
To get Client ID and Client Secret, create an app in Settings → Data & Extensibility → Developer Tools. The app should be granted all flex.space and flex.community.members permissions.

Step 2: Link Connection
Once you have your connection information, configure your OfficeRnD account in the Croissant partner portal.
How to Connect
- Log into the Croissant partner portal
- Navigate to Integrations and open the Booking Systems tab
- Select OfficeRnD and click Add
- Enter the Organisation Slug, Client ID, and Client Secret

Step 3: Map Your Meeting Rooms
- In the Croissant partner dashboard, go to Conference Rooms
- Assign conference room to an OfficeRnD resource

Step 4: Testing
After adding your lock connection, it's important to verify that everything is configured correctly before going live.
How to Test OfficeRnD Integration
- Find your conference room on Croissant
- Check if room availability is synced with OfficeRnD
The test will confirm that Croissant can successfully communicate with your OfficeRnD account. If the test passes, your integration is ready to go. If there's an issue, double-check your Organisation Slug, Client ID, and Client Secret, or reach out to our team for support.

Contact UsFrequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to set up the OfficeRnD integration?
It normally takes around 5 minutes to configure the integration once you have all the required information. If you need help, reach out to partners@getcroissant.com and we'll help you get set up.
What happens if the test fails after I configure the integration?
First, verify that you granted all listed permissions to the integration application. Then confirm that the Organisation Slug, Client ID, and Client Secret are entered correctly in the partner portal. If the issue persists, contact partners@getcroissant.com and our technical team will help resolve it.
What happens if a booking is deleted in OfficeRnD?
Croissant periodically checks that every active booking still exists in OfficeRnD. If a booking was deleted or modified outside of Croissant, the system cancels the order automatically and issues a refund based on policy.
Do members need an OfficeRnD account?
No. Members book through Croissant and never interact with OfficeRnD directly. The integration is invisible to them.
