How do I add private offices to my listing?

Add an office from Private Offices in the partner dashboard. Members book an office by the day, or request it for a 3, 6, 9 or 12-month term that you approve. You set every rate and keep 90% of what members pay.

How to

  1. Sign in and open your space.

  2. Click Private Offices in the left menu. The first time, click List your private office; afterwards click Add in the top corner of the office timeline.

  3. Listing: enter the Office name and the Maximum capacity in desks.

  4. Images: add your photos; the first is the cover.

  5. Rates: enter the daily rate (always on). Switch on the term lengths you offer. The 12-month rate is the base rate and the 9, 6 and 3-month rates are calculated from it; type over any rate to set it yourself. The ladder shows what paying daily works out to per month.

  6. Service Agreements: choose what a member reads before requesting the office and signs once you approve. Keep the Croissant agreement on, add your own published documents, or both, and drag them into the order they should be signed. Enter your Legal name, Tax ID and Email for legal notices; they are filled into your documents.

  7. Integrations: leave as is for Croissant to keep the calendar, or pick the office’s resource in your connected booking system.

  8. Click the create button in the footer. The footer names any section that still needs something.

Importing from your booking system

If you use OfficeRnD, Nexudus, Spacebring or Cobot, connect it under Integrations → Booking Systems first. Then click Integrate on the office timeline to import offices with their availability, so the same office is never booked twice.

After the office is listed

  • Click an office’s name on the timeline to edit it, or use its switch to take it off Croissant without deleting it. Delete this office is permanent and erases its bookings.

  • Office Reservations lists day bookings with your payout for each, and a Memberships table of every office taken for a term.

  • Term Requests is where you approve or decline members asking for a term.

Good to know

  • Day bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before they start.

  • Terms are 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Nothing is booked and no payment is taken until you approve a request.

  • You receive 90% of each day booking and of each monthly charge; Croissant keeps a 10% fee.
