How do shared team hours work on Croissant?Hour packs add hours to one shared balance for a year. Every check-in and guest visit on the Team hours plan draws from it; admins get an email at 20% and 10%.How do shared team credits work on Croissant?Team Credits is one shared balance shown in your currency. Check-ins, guests, conference rooms and private offices all draw from it and show in one ledger.Our team ran out of hours. What should I do?Buy a pack from Team → Team Hours, or contact your account manager if your account is invoiced. Hours are added immediately; a payment method must be on file.Can I transfer hours from one team member to another?On Team Hours and Team Credits accounts there is nothing to transfer: everyone draws from one shared balance. Hours on an individual plan can't be moved.
