Yes. On every deal your client signs through Croissant you earn your full broker fee. Nothing is taken out of it for using the platform.

The day your client signs and their payment method is on file. Your commission goes out by ACH to the account on your broker profile, and every payment appears deal by deal on your dashboard.

Through your broker agreement. Every client you register is registered to you, with confirmation in writing. Renewal and expansion opportunities come to you first, and we never market directly to your registered clients.

Private offices across the Croissant network. Offices up to 20 seats close on one standard agreement: e-signature, deposit on file, access provisioned. It works like a gym membership, so a deal can close in days. Larger requirements are handled with our partnerships team.

Most offices are taken on 3, 6 or 12 month terms that renew automatically. Every term and renewal date is tracked on your dashboard, and you are notified before each one.
