Expansive at Newberry Station is a coworking space in downtown Mesa, set in the 1948 JJ Newberry variety store building on Main Street. The restored interior keeps the original lunch counter and adds two recording studios, four on-demand conference rooms and an event space. It backs onto the ASU@citycenter campus, with a Valley Metro stop a block away.
