Our boutique creative space is located in sunny Boca Raton, Florida. A vibrant and fun place to work, our space is complete with decorated and furnished private offices, dynamic meeting spaces, a solo podcast room, large kitchen, free parking and more! Wi-Fi, coffee, espresso, is always complimentary. Hourly rates and day passes are available.
What this space offers
Coffee & tea
Unlimited coffee, espresso and assorted tea is available. Fresh cream and assorted sugars/substitutes are available.
Kitchen
You may store your food in the refrigerator but don't forget your food when leaving!
Microwave
Feel free to warm up your meal in the kitchen.
Conference room
Conference rooms are available to rent by the hour for your next meeting. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.
Phone booth
Need to take a quick call? Jump into one of several phone booths available on a first come first serve basis. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration under 30 minutes.
Parking
Parking is available along the outer perimeter of the building. 2 hour parking options are also available.
Standing desk
Standing desks are available in various sections of our open cowork and offices.
Printing
Scanning and faxing are complimentary. $0.15 for B&W copies and $0.25 for Color copies.
Shredder
The shredder is available for use any time in case you need to disappear any important documents.
Whiteboard
Whiteboards are available in all of our Meeting Rooms.
Monitors
Some monitors are available in various open-cowork areas along with private offices.
Pet friendly
You're welcome to bring a pet along but please keep an eye on your furry friend as to not disturb fellow coworkers.
