A quiet office space tucked away in the tree-lined Ravenswood neighborhood. Choose from our flexible seating options or our long-term reserved spaces. Phone booths are available for making calls, and a conference room allows you to meet with colleagues and clients. Just steps from the Montrose Brown Line and Ravenswood Metra, with plenty of street parking to go around.
Amenities
Unlimited coffee and assorted tea. You're welcome to grab a cup in the kitchen and make yourself a cup of coffee.
You may store your food in the refrigerator but don't forget your food when leaving!
Feel free to warm up your meal in the kitchen.
Conference rooms are available to rent by the hour for your next meeting. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.
Need to take a quick call? Jump into one of several phone booths available on a first come first serve basis. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration under 30 minutes. Please note that 2 of the 10 phone booths are reservable for members only.
Enjoy the beautiful weather by working outside or taking a phone call on the patio area outdoors. There are also several picnic tables in front of the building.
Bike storage racks are available out front and a few hooks are available inside our space. We also have a bike pump so you can give your tires a quick boost before hitting the road. Please bring your own bike locks.
Parking is available in front of our space (in the diagonal and curb spots). They are industrial permit, so don't forget to grab a daily parking permit from the basket on the front desk (and add the date/time). Note: the lot at the corner of the block is not available for our clients.
Opt in for a healthier Croissant session with a standing desk. Just grab a spot at one of the two communal standing desks.
Double your laptop screen with an extra monitor. Most of our desks have monitors available - they are on a first come first serve basis.
There are several whiteboards located in the open workspace area for general use. Feel free to roll the whiteboard to your table, but ensure to erase and roll it back in place after use.
Free printing is available. There are two printers within the space that print black and white or color. Please ask the community manager if you need assistance printing.
Two shredders are available for use any time in case you need to disappear any important documents.
A mailing address is available at an extra rate. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.
