LACS Cascais offers its members shared spaces and access to common services in a generous, light-filled environment.
Located between the sea and Sintra, just five minutes from the highway to Lisbon and the center of Cascais, the space features coworking areas, private offices, meeting and event rooms, on-site parking and cafeteria, and a terrace surrounded by a peaceful garden.
What this space offers
Kitchenet
You may store your food in the refrigerator and warm it up in the microwave, but please don’t leave it behind!
Printing
Printing is available in black and white and color. Please ask the community manager for setup instructions and rates.
Meeting rooms
Meeting rooms are available for hourly rental. Please contact the Community Assistants for rates and availability.
Event space
This space hosts a range of community events throughout the month, including happy hours and themed lunches. Contact the Community Assistants for event details or inquiries about renting the space.
Cafe
An on-site cafe has selections which can be purchased for an additional cost.
Outdoor space
Enjoy the sunny weather by working or taking a phone call outside, on the patio or in the surrounding garden.
Parking
Free street parking and on-site paid garage, all available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ask our Community Assistants for current rates.

Take a seat in a comfortable ergonomic office chair designed to support your lower back, encourage good posture, and help reduce back pain.

Need to take a quick call? Jump into one of our phone booths, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be considerate of others and keep calls to under 30 minutes.

Need to wash your car while you're at work or in a meeting? There's a car wash on-site with affordable prices.
