LACS Conde d’Óbidos is set within a historic industrial building on Lisbon’s waterfront, offering panoramic views over the harbour and the Tagus River. Once home to the canteens and changing rooms of Lisbon’s dockworkers, it has been transformed into an eclectic and creative hub full of energy and character – a true symbol of urban regeneration. It features coworking areas, private offices, ateliers, meeting rooms, an on-site cafeteria, and a rooftop terrace with an Italian restaurant.

Meeting rooms are available for hourly rental. Please contact the Community Assistants for rates and availability.
