We’re located in Carcavelos, in Quinta de São Gonçalo, just 10-minute walk from Carcavelos beach. In the surrounding area, you’ll find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a gym, and bike and scooter rental points. It’s a convenient location, right next to the coastal road (Marginal), close to NOVA SBE University, and just a 15-minute walk from both Carcavelos and Oeiras train stations.

Low villas and quiet residential streets sit a ten-minute walk uphill from Praia de Carcavelos, with the Nova SBE campus and St. Julian's School close by. Surfers, consultants and academics fill the cafés by midday.
