Fabrik Tribeca is a beautiful place to meet others while getting some work done. We are on a mission to end the loneliness epidemic, and here you will definitely see the community aspect of our member-run space. We have frequent events hosted by members including coffee tastings, Ai meetups, and everything in between. What this space offers
Coffee & tea
Unlimited coffee and assorted tea. You're welcome to grab a cup in the kitchen and make yourself a cup of coffee.
Snacks
Feeling hungry? Snacks are available for purchase in the kitchen.
Kitchen
You may store your food in the refrigerator but don't forget your food when leaving!
Microwave
Feel free to warm up your meal in the kitchen.
Conference room
Conference rooms are available to rent by the hour for your next meeting. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.
Phone booth
Need to take a quick call? Jump into one of several phone booths available on a first come first serve basis. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration under 30 minutes.
Event space
This space hosts hackathons, happy hours, members luncheons, movie nights, live music, holiday parties, and much more.

Get lost in a game to get your mind off work and have a little fun throughout the day.
Pet friendly
You're welcome to bring a pet along but please keep an eye on your furry friend as to not disturb fellow coworkers.
Standing desk
Opt in for a healthier Croissant session with a standing desk. Just grab a spot at the communal standing desk bar.
High chairs
Just grab a high seat at the communal high chair bar where you can plug in and get in the zone.
Ergonomic chairs
Grab a comfy ergonomic office chair that gives your lower back support, and promotes good posture, which helps to alleviate back pain.
Whiteboard
There are several whiteboards located in the open workspace area for general use. Feel free to roll the whiteboard to your table, but ensure to erase and roll it back in place after use.
Printing
Free printing is available in black and white. Please ask the community manager for printing instructions.

Projector and Screen available if unused by another member
