The New Work Project is a design-led coworking space in a converted Williamsburg foundry featuring two distinct floors: TENTH (black & white mid-century) and ELEVENTH (warm neutrals with Manhattan skyline views). Offering private studios, dedicated desks, and event spaces for up to 75 people.
What this space offers
Phone booth
Need to take a quick call? Jump into one of several phone booths available on a first come first serve basis. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration under 30 minutes.
High-speed WiFi
High-speed WiFi available throughout both TENTH and ELEVENTH spaces.
Coffee & tea
Enjoy unlimited tea and coffee at our central bar area. All of our coffee is sustainably harvested and fair trade, roasted by our neighbors at Driftaway Coffee.
Conference rooms
Two types of conference rooms available: 6-person rooms ($70/hr) with 55" screen and Apple TV, and 8-person rooms with 65" screen and Logitech Meetup system. All rooms are acoustically insulated and individually temperature-controlled.
Printing
Printing is available in black and white for $0.10/copy, and in color for $0.20/copy. Please check in with our concierge for printer set-up instructions.
Kitchen & microwave
Food may be reheated in our microwaves and stored in our refrigerator for the duration of your stay.
Event space
The Annex offers dedicated event spaces for meetings and private events. The Lounge accommodates up to 14 people, and the Main Hall up to 75, featuring 14' ceilings, large skylights, and historic architectural details.
