Think Tank provides Maine's urban professionals with a comfortable and convenient space to work, convene and conference.
Our facilities give remote workers, freelancers and start-ups a fun and productive place to base operations and network with area talent.
Members have coded access to shared work spaces, private offices, dedicated desks, as well as conference rooms, lounges and high speed internet. We also provide free coffee, tea & craft beer... oh, and we're dog friendly!
What this space offers
Coffee & tea
Unlimited coffee and assorted tea.
Kitchen
You may store your food in the refrigerator but don't forget your food when leaving! We ask that you label your food with your name and date so we can keep the fridge clean.
Microwave
Feel free to warm up your meal in the kitchen.
Conference room
Conference rooms are available to rent by the hour. For non-members, conference rooms can be booked on our website.

Need to take a quick call? Jump into one of several phone booths available on a first come first serve basis. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration under one hour.
Event space
This space occasionally hosts hackathons, happy hours, members luncheons, movie nights, live music, holiday parties, and much more.

Get lost in a game to get your mind off work and have a little fun throughout the day.
Bike storage
Bike storage racks are available here. Please bring your own bike locks.
Pet friendly
You're welcome to bring your pup along but please keep an eye on your furry friend as to not disturb fellow coworkers.
Standing desk
We have 4 height adjustable standing desks and a standing work bar area.
Ergonomic chairs
Our floating desks are set up with a variety of office chairs. If you swap out a chair, please be sure to replace accordingly.
Monitors
Double your laptop screen with an extra monitor. Several monitors are available on a first come first serve basis.
Whiteboard
There are several whiteboards located in the open workspace area for general use. Feel free to roll the whiteboard to your table, but ensure to erase and roll it back in place after use.
Printing
Free printing is available in black and white. Please ask the community manager for printing instructions.
Shredder
The shredder is available for use any time in case you need to disappear any important documents.
Mail service
A mailing address is available at an extra rate. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.
Late nights
Got a tight deadline? Do your work late into the evening.
Weekend hours
Squeeze in an extra day by stopping in on the weekend.

Seating
Dozens of floating work stations, four phone booths, three conference rooms, lounges, kitchens, fiber wifi, and free printing. We are also dog friendly.
