Expansive - Pioneer Building is a coworking space in the 1892 Pioneer Building in Seattle's Pioneer Square, steps from Pioneer Square Park. Six floors of workspace keep the original hardwood floors and cast iron columns, wrapped around a central atrium lit by skylights that run the length of the building. Members can book day offices, conference rooms, a huddle room and a training suite, with a staffed reception, kitchen and phone booths on site.
