Expansive - 4th Street DTSP is a five-floor coworking space in Downtown St. Petersburg, two blocks from Williams Park, City Hall and Mirror Lake. The former bank building was fully renovated in 1997 and wraps each floor in wide windows for daylight and city views. Members get private offices, day offices, meeting rooms and a lounge, plus ample surface parking, a staffed reception and a mother's room.
