Expansive Wauwatosa is a two-story boutique coworking center in the Mayfair Collection district of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Built in 2018, it features an open mezzanine layout, private offices, phone booths and configurable training rooms that seat up to 50 for in-person or hybrid sessions. Parking is complimentary, and Whole Foods and Good City Brewing are a short walk away.
