Can I request an office that is not on Croissant?
Some private offices on the Private offices page belong to spaces that aren’t on Croissant yet. You can still ask for one. Instead of booking instantly, you send a request, and a person on the Croissant team confirms the office with the space and arranges it with you. Nothing is charged until that is done.
How to request
Open the office. Its page says Croissant confirms it with the space rather than booking it on the spot.
Choose what you need: a date range for a day office, or a term of 3, 6 or 12 months with a move-in date.
Say how many people will use it and add a message to the space if you like.
Click Book Private Office. The amount shown is the rate on the listing when you asked.
What happens next
Your request page, linked from the confirmation email and from Your offices, shows its status: pending, approved, declined or withdrawn. In the app it is under Your offices on the Plan tab.
A person on the team contacts the space. When the space confirms, we email you and arrange the booking and the payment with you.
If the space can’t take it, we email you with the reason and you can request another office.
While a request is pending you can withdraw it from its page with Withdraw request. Nothing was charged and you can ask again any time.
Good to know
The rate on the request is the listing’s rate at the time. The final price is confirmed with the space before anything is charged.
These offices have no online agreement or instant booking. The space’s own paperwork applies.
