How do I check out when I leave a space?
Check out as you leave the space. Your visit ends at that moment, the time between check-in and check-out is taken off your plan, and the space is emailed that you have left. There is no need to tell the community manager.
How to check out
On the website, open Activity. In the app, open the Seat tab, which reads Checked in during a visit. The space page also shows the button while you are checked in there.
Tap Check out.
Your checked-in screen closes. Time Spent on it was the length of your visit.
Good to know
Checking out also checks out every guest you added and releases any seat you were holding for a guest.
If your plan’s hours were already used up, the extra time is rounded up to 30 minutes and billed at your plan’s hourly rate after check-out.
If you forget, you are checked out automatically after 8 hours, when the space closes for Croissant members, or when your membership is paused. The email you get then has a link to correct the time.
Checked out by mistake and still working? Tap Check In again. The new visit counts from the second check-in.
You can only be checked in at one space at a time, so check out before moving to another space.
