Private Office

The Cove is a coworking and childcare community located in the heart of Carlsbad. We offer flexible memberships and drop in visits with access to private offices, shared workspaces, high-speed internet, meeting rooms, and optional on-site childcare so parents can work confidently while their children are nearby. Our space is designed for working parents, entrepreneurs, small business owners, and remote professionals who want a productive environment without sacrificing connection, comfort, or lifestyle. Whether you need a quiet corner to focus, a private office for client calls, or a supportive place that understands how real life and work overlap, The Cove was built for you. Beyond work, The Cove hosts community events, wellness programs, and family-friendly gatherings that help you connect with others who share your values. It's a space where ambition and everyday life coexist naturall
