Private Team Suite

This suite is over 5,000 sq. ft. and is great for scheduled team workdays or HQ offsites. It's a massive office space, occupying half of the building floor, and boasts of very spacious meeting and working spaces, with characteristic brick and beam, and pin lighting exposed throughout. It is located on the ground floor, steps away from Richmond St. East. This creative team suite has 30+ workstations for heads down work. It features five breakout spaces which can double for private call rooms or individual offices. In addition, there are two large meeting rooms for bigger meetings, fully equipped with AV. There is an eating area (or a "team room") next to the kitchen. The private kitchenette space offers coffee and filtered water for your team. The washrooms are also private, and are located within the suite itself.
