About this office

In 2013 we transformed 229 Niagara Street, home to Acme Textiles dating back to 1922, into one of the first coworking spaces in Toronto. Since then the space has witnessed the growth of a vibrant and diverse community of creatives, professionals, entrepreneurs, and remote workers. We strongly believe that the diversity of our members, rooted in the spirit of collaboration, has created a happy space filled with productivity, creativity and success.

What this office offers

  • Coffee & tea
    Unlimited coffee and assorted tea. You're welcome to grab a cup in the kitchen and make yourself a cup of coffee.
  • Printing
    Printing is available! Please ask the community manager for setup instructions and rates.
  • Kitchen & microwave
    You may store your food in the refrigerator but don't forget your food when leaving!
  • Conference room
    Conference rooms are available to rent hourly for your next meeting. Please ask the community manager for rates and availability.
  • Pet friendly
    You're welcome to bring a pet along but please keep an eye on your furry friend as to not disturb fellow coworkers.
  • Phone booth
    Need to take a quick call? Jump into one of the phone booths available on a first come first serve basis. Please respect your neighbors and keep the duration under 30 minutes.
  • Microwave
    Feel free to warm up your meal in the kitchen.
  • Event space
    This space hosts hackathons, happy hours, members luncheons, movie nights, live music, holiday parties, and much more.
  • Outdoor space
    Enjoy the beautiful weather by working outside or taking a phone call on the patio area outdoors.

    Opt in for a healthier Croissant session with a standing desk. Just grab a spot at the communal standing desk bar.

Rents here run under Liberty Village and King West, so small software teams, furniture showrooms and marketing shops take the brick low-rises off Bathurst. Staff come in from Parkdale and Little Portugal, and lunch is a walk up to Wellington.

Office B is CA$32 a day. On a committed term it is CA$503 a month for 3 months, CA$465 for 6 and CA$427 for 12.

Yes. Book it for a day first. A monthly request costs nothing, and your first charge is on move-in day.

Up to 2 people. It is a private, enclosed office inside a shared workspace.

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Closed on weekends.
