The time slots a member sees on Croissant come straight from your Spacebring calendar. If a room is already booked in Spacebring, it won't show as available on Croissant.

Every Croissant booking is written into Spacebring as a booking on the room's calendar — who booked the room, when, and for how long — so you keep complete visibility without leaving Spacebring.
One Network, Every Location
Spacebring organises rooms by location, and a single connection covers every location in your network. When you map rooms, they're grouped by location name, so the right one is easy to find.
Step 1: Connect Spacebring
Start by connecting your Spacebring account from the Croissant partner portal. There are no API keys to copy — you authorize Croissant directly on Spacebring.
How to Connect
- Log into the Croissant partner portal
- Open Integrations and select the Booking Systems tab
- Choose Spacebring and click Add
- Click Connect Spacebring, sign in with your Spacebring owner account, and authorize Croissant
Croissant requests read access to your locations and access to your resources — nothing else. Your Spacebring password is never shared with Croissant.
Step 2: Map Your Meeting Rooms
With Spacebring connected, map each Croissant conference room to its matching Spacebring resource.
- In the Croissant partner dashboard, open Conference Rooms
- Assign each conference room to its Spacebring resource
Resources are grouped by location, so picking the right room is straightforward even across multiple sites. Don't have your rooms on Croissant yet? Use the import option to pull them straight from Spacebring — names, capacities, and pricing included.
Step 3: Testing
Before going live, confirm everything is wired up correctly.
