How we measured it
The offices are every private office on Croissant in Barcelona with a 12-month price and a seat count, read on 2026-10-20. Offices Croissant lists for operators such as Regus and Spaces are left out, because their monthly price is worked out from a day rate. Shared-desk prices are the monthly desk prices 279 Barcelona listings publish; for each office we used the median of the listings within a kilometre.
