The offices are the private offices on Croissant in Lisbon with a 12-month price and a seat count, read on 2026-10-20. Listings at one building whose names and prices read like desk areas rather than private offices are left out until the operator confirms them, as are offices Croissant lists for operators such as Regus, whose monthly price is worked out from a day rate. Shared-desk prices are the monthly desk prices 137 Lisbon listings publish; for each office we used the median of the listings within a kilometre.
