Regus lists sixteen centres in Lisbon and its suburbs, in twelve neighbourhoods. Nine carry the Regus name and seven carry IWG’s other brands: three HQ, two Spaces, one Open Office and one Signature. Each centre page prices its individual, small-team and large-team private offices the same way. Fifteen show only a “from” price per person per day, €7 to €14, with no office size, and one asks a team to call; Regus says that figure is based on a 24-month contract. A price per person per day, with no office size, is not the monthly price of a whole office, so no Regus office enters the index; turning it into one would be a guess. Offices Croissant lists for Regus are left out too, because their monthly price is worked out from a day rate.

Lisbon’s independent operators list 14 private offices on Croissant in seven buildings, each with a monthly price on a 12-month term, from €700 to €4,000. An office for 4 to 6 people costs a median of €1,815 a month; the median could plausibly fall anywhere from €895 to €2,000. Offices for 1 to 3 people are in three buildings and offices for 7 to 20 people in two buildings, too few for a median, so the table lists them.

What Lisbon’s independents publish on their own websites
Croissant also read the websites of Lisbon’s independent operators. LACS gives €250 to €350, Impact Hub Lisbon gives €250 and Giraldo Works gives €160 a person a month for a private office, with no office size, before VAT, so none of their offices is counted. district.space, Heden, IDEA Spaces, Sitio, SBA Office Center and Nimbler Spaces offer private offices with no price, “on request” or through a form. The offices in the table below show a price the index does not count, for the reason given.

On 2026-11-01 we opened every centre in Lisbon and its suburbs on regus.com. Its Lisbon list mixes Regus centres with IWG’s HQ, Spaces, Signature and Open Office centres, and every one is counted here. Each centre page prices its private offices only as a “from” price per person per day, which Regus says is based on a 24-month contract, or asks a team to call; none states a monthly price for an office of a given size, so no Regus office is counted. We also read the websites of Lisbon’s independent operators. The independents are every private office on Croissant in Lisbon with a 12-month price and a seat count, read on 2026-11-01, the same offices as the Lisbon index. Listings at one building whose names and prices read like desk areas are left out until the operator confirms them, and offices Croissant lists for Regus are left out because their monthly price is worked out from a day rate. Every office is on private offices in Lisbon.
