What WeWork and Barcelona’s independent operators charge for a private office, by team size

Croissant runs neither WeWork nor any of the independent operators. This page sets WeWork’s own prices against the independents’ offices, size by size. It is part of the Croissant Office Price Index.

What the independents publish on their own websites

Croissant read the websites of Barcelona’s independent operators on November 1, 2026. Coworking Diagonal, BCN Center, Oficina24, Àtic Group, Coworking Ágora, SBC, CREC Coworking and Business Centers Barcelona state the monthly price of an office of a given size, and their 71 offices in 27 buildings are counted here, each at the price and the seats its page states, before VAT. Monday and Makers of Barcelona (MOB) give only a price per person a month (Monday €399 to €449; Makers of Barcelona (MOB) €270), with no office size, so their offices are not counted. Aticco, betahaus Barcelona, Cloudworks, Lexington, Utopicus, OneCoWork, Itnig, The Social Hub, Collective Barcelona, Vivendi Business Center, CINC, Leader Cowork, 080 Cowork, Gran Via Business & Meeting Center, Coworking Aragó 308, Coworking Platón, Aurea Coworking and BCN Centro de Negocios state no monthly price for an office of a given size.

How we measured it

On 2026-11-01 we opened every Barcelona location on wework.com. WeWork’s pages state a starting price for each office size, on a 12-month commitment, before taxes and including its current offer, so each location counts once per size at that price. A location that showed only a sales contact is counted as unpriced. The independents are every private office with a price and a seat count on the independent operators’ own websites, read the same day, and every private office on Croissant in Barcelona with a 12-month price and a seat count, read on 2026-11-01, from operators Croissant lists for and does not run; an office listed both ways counts once, at Croissant’s price. A seat range counts at its top figure, the way the index counts an office’s seats, and a “desde” (from) price for an office of a stated size counts, as WeWork’s “starting at” does. Offices Croissant lists for Regus and Spaces are left out, because their monthly price is worked out from a day rate, and so is any office whose own pages give two readings of its seats or its price. An operator that gives a price per person, or no price, with no office size is not counted. Every office is on private offices in Barcelona.
